These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 倉頡練習簿 (Cangjie Workbook), operated by Sophikos LLC. (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is an application for learning the Cangjie (倉頡) input method through progressive lessons, practice, and timed tests. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access until the end of the current paid period. Prices may change, but we will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at support@cangjieworkbook.com. After the 30-day window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Resell, redistribute, or share paid access with others outside your own use.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its lessons, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own learning. You may not copy or redistribute our content except as expressly permitted.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of any custom texts or other content you add. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that content is free of errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
